If you are an employer with construction workers on site, OSHA standard 29 CFR 1926.51 requires you to provide toilet facilities, with the number based on crew size. The rule does not apply to mobile crews that have transportation to nearby facilities, and it does not apply to a homeowner doing their own project. Many Florida cities and counties also set sanitation conditions on building permits, so check your permit. This is general information, not legal advice.

OSHA’s table calls for one toilet for 20 or fewer workers, then one toilet seat and one urinal for every 40 workers, and for every 50 workers once a site reaches 200. A common planning rule for a standard weekly-serviced unit is roughly one unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week; dispatch can size it for your crew and schedule.

Weekly servicing is the usual baseline: the tank is pumped, the interior is washed down and supplies are restocked. Larger crews, summer heat or extended hours may call for twice-weekly service, which is set on your quote.

That is the point of the bundle. The roll-off and the sanitation delivery are coordinated for the same site and start date, tracked on one ticket, and billed together, so your superintendent makes one call instead of three.

On firm, level ground that a service truck can reach, generally within about 25 feet of where the truck can park, and clear of low branches. Placement in a street or right-of-way generally needs a permit, and HOA communities may restrict where and how long a unit can stay.
